His expertise is in strategic vendor selection and negotiation, cost optimisation, complex sourcing models and structures (e.g. JV’s, partnerships, profit share, multi jurisdiction leasing, primed contract wrappers).

He is very experienced in managing relationships at CEO level with strategic partners. Jonathan has deep knowledge of outsourcing, strategic vendor relationship and negotiations, M&A, commercial enhancement of revenue producing deals, innovation & leading cost transformation programmes.

Kim has African and international experience engaging with internal and external stakeholders in complex transactions of high value and strategic importance. Prior to moving to the UK she was an executive in Group Legal at Standard Bank where she was Head of IT and procurement legal as well as Head of Litigation. She managed a diverse portfolio of legal work and specialised in negotiating complex contracts with third party suppliers across the entire group (both in South Africa and internationally). She also headed up the legal risk assurance function of Group Internal Audit.
